NRS Ride Ready Boots are offered in several outsoles in order to meet your specific needs.

Our F1 hybrid sole offers added durability with a flexible PVC region over the ball of the foot, the most common area for a boot’s sole to break down, and finishes with leather on the toe and through the arch. The F1 sole has added traction, initially, but within a short time, wears to feel much like a leather sole.

The Fineline outsole is our most durable rubber sole. The Fineline sole is oil-resistant, a bit stiffer, and heavier than leather. The Fineline sole is built to handle everything from the stirrup to the washrack to the skidsteer.

The Oxbow sole is a more flexible rubber sole that offers the durability of a rubber sole but looks, feels, and grips more like a leather sole. This allows the wearer to have traction when needed but more ease in and out of the stirrup than traditional rubber soles.

No matter which sole you go with, NRS Ride Ready Boots are made with a neoprene midsole that helps each boot have the feel of a traditional leather outsole but has more stability in the stirrup and is water resistant.

No Need to go Heel

The heels of NRS Ride Ready Boots have some unique features that make them fit for horsemen and women. Traditional riding heel or roper heel, Ride Ready boot heels are made of durable, repairable leather, with every heel being hand-nailed and finished with a heel cap.

Topping the heels off, the spur rests on Ride Ready boots have a plastic rand to protect the leather heel and maintain your spur’s position on the heel.
