NRS Customer Service 5 Stars - Tecova Boot Quality 3 Stars
Ordered a size 9 1/2 it fit like a 10 (runs large) BUT I understand with handmade boots. They are like hats and all fit a little different. The craftsmanship from Tecovas was disappointing. The leather was bunched up when sewn and created some really bad creases and hot points. They SHOULD NOT have made it past the QC stage at the factory. NRS was amazing and took care of the shipping cost to return. I will try to order them again, but my size is out of stock.
