Wrap a measuring tape around your head, placing it where the hat should sit, typically at the middle of your forehead and about 1/8" above your ear. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tight. Check your measurements below; if you fall between two sizes, size up.

Sunbody Hats are Cowboy Tough!!

These hats are the best example of toughness and durability! My last sunbody hat actually prevented my me from getting hit in the head while working on a fence post. The hat was torn and my head was bruised but could have been worse
