Want to Determine Your Hat Size?

Wrap a measuring tape around your head, placing it where the hat should sit, typically at the middle of your forehead and about 1/8" above your ear. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tight. Check your measurements below; if you fall between two sizes, size up.

Enter your measurement as a decimal or fraction (e.g. 22.25 or 22 1/4).

Overall, a good work hat. Heavy duty.

I've had 4 of these now. A couple have had some minor manufacturing defects. The hat near the sweatband collects considerable dirt and will look "well loved" quickly. But the hat has been quite durable and holds its shape well, even in downpours.

I buy a new one every spring and throw it away every fall because they are heavily stained near the hatband from daily wear.

NRS shaping has been a bit hit and miss. Sometimes the brim crease is off-center slightly.
But the hat is packaged well and ships quickly.

Great hat but shape it yourself...

Awesome straw hat. Great ventilation and considerably thicker and heavier than most.

HOWEVER....if you can shape a hat yourself, I would highly recommend that you do so.
My brim was shaped like I asked but was cocked about 10 degrees off center. I think my 5 year old grandson could do better....

But the hat itself is great. Should take considerable abuse...

Great hat and service

Loved the hat, shaped perfectly and shipping was great.
Ordered it Thursday morning and had it Friday afternoon. Couldn’t believe it. Will definitely buy from NRS again. Bought the hat for working outside and it’s been doing a good job in the Texas heat, provides good shade and keeps my big bald head cool.

Decent quality for a work hat. Fit is good.

HOWEVER, whomever it us at NRS that is shaping their straw hats, needs to go flip burgers at McDonalds. They don't have a clue how to crease a hat... Multiple crease lines and he wrong shape.
My 12 year old daughter did a way better job.
