The hat is a real nice hat, Very happy with the quality! This hat comes from the factory with an open crown. NRS offers to give these hats a crease of your choice. I chose the Cattleman's Crease. One drawback was that whoever shaped the crown on my hat didn't do a very good job, the crease was off center to the left, and uneven. I was able to bring it to my personal hatter, she was able to redo the crown for a nominal charge, and made it look real nice! I really love this hat now that the crown has been nicely shaped by my hatter. I would definitely recommend this hat, it is real nice. I would bring it to your personal hatter to have the crown shaped with your favorite crease!

Been wantin to get the perfect lid for myself for a while and this being ordered was the perfect fit not only now, but for future purchases! I loved the hat all around and did not really expect to be a perfect fit! Appreciate the product fully!

Bought this for my son for Christmas. I was nervous ordering off line and having it shaped to his liking. We usually do hat business in person. I do not regret ordering online. It made it safe shaped perfect and looks amazing on him. He will be proudly wearing it to his next rodeo in a week! He was a happy kid on Christmas Eve. 100% recommend this hat and company!!!

NRS was so great! I called about a new hat and had plenty of questions because I wanted the closest thing to a custom hat without paying for it. They directed me down to the hat barn where I had a great conversation with a gal; I told her what I wanted and she delivered! Very pleased
