The GT4Lite is a four-strand that’s easy to handle, with lots of body and a CoreTech core. Lots of body means a larger loop that stays open better than any rope in the arena, for more consistency. The GT4Lite is also much more durable than any conventional three-strand. So, if you want long-lasting life and body, you’ll pick up the GT4Lite.

Best heel rope
My daughter loves these ropes , she used to use a medium in the same rope but I accidentally ordered a ms and she is heeling better with it . It’s a little slick at first so she dragged it through the arena sand/dirt . Definitely her go to rope now .
