PURINA® DE-WORMER SUPPLEMENT FEED is a highly palatable 16% protein pellet containing Safe-Guard®* (Fenbendazole) designed to treat free ranging or confi ned animals for internal parasites.WHEN & HOW TO FEED - Because parasites get their nutrition from the blood of the host animal, it is important to get antler growing species “cleaned up” just prior to or in the very early stages of antler development. Free ranging animals (5 acres or more per animal) should be wormed at least once a year in the spring. Two to three weeks after spring “greenup” is the best time. Depending on location, this may be from mid-February through May. If a second treatment is needed, two to three weeks after the fi rst hard freeze is the optimum time. Confi ned animals should be treated quarterly
