Professionals Choice Professional's Browband Double Buckle Headstall

The shopping experience was good. The Customer Service was EXCELLENT. The product left a lot to be desired. The headstall by Schutz/Professionals Choice WAS NOT the quality I have in a previous Schutz headstall. Threads/strings were left uncut. That would NEVER happen in an original Schutz!!!!! PC may have purchased the Schutz name but they certainly aren’t providing the original Schutz AMERICAN MADE quality. It’s sad that PC decided to have the product made outside of the US and still charge high prices. I will be purchasing Berlin Leather Products in the future as they ARE crafted in AMERICA.
