Fits 4 1/4" brim hats (will fit 4 1/2" brims smaller than size 7 1/8). Made with thermoformed ABS plastic and high quality metal hinges, latches, and rivets. Brim rest is adjustable to fit any size hat down to 6 3/8.

Excellent product!!
I just used it on a trip. Checked it in on the first and the return i used it as a carry-on. My hat stayed in place and was still sitting on the brim protector.
