The rope holder is a great product and works well for me. What I really want to stress is the customer service. I'll make a long story short. I live outside of town, when the rope holder was delivered the first time I received an email stating it was undeliverable due to "animal interference" which I assume means my dog met the Postman in the driveway. The Postal service returned it to NRS, I called NRS on a Monday to see what needed to be done. NRS sent the package UPS this time and it was sitting on my porch the next day. What impressed me most is that this wasn't an expensive purchase yet it was treated like I'd bought a custom saddle. I've bought from NRS mainly at ropings and different events but for sure you guys have earned my business.
