Straw Hat
The hat was fine as was the price. Previously I had bought Resistol George Strait style. You offered options on how to crease the hat I bought before shipping. One option was George Strait which I chose. The creased Hat I received doesn't remotely look like the style I chose on your site. There is hardly any shape to it at all, and it almost looks like the hat before a crease was put in it. Had the crease been even close I would have rated a 5 star. Next time in Decatur, I'm going to come by and see if someone can fix it.
