Our attention to detail is second to none.Our Square Tube Stall Fronts and Dividers are custom built to your specifications using only the finest American made materials available. These materials are exceptionally strong and virtually rust-free. The framework is built with 2"x2" square galvanized steel and is fully welded at each joint. The grills are constructed of 1 3/8" OD round galvanized steel tube set on 4" centers (leaves 2 5/8" between bars). These grill tubes are placed into the square tube frame with specifically milled inserts. The finished product is a beautiful seamless grill offering unmatched strength. The wood insert mounts are formed with a heavy galvanized flat steel (wood not included). The wood inserts are made one of two ways: a single flange for flat plywood inserts, or a double flange (channel) that accepts 2x6 tongue and groove lumber. Both leave no exposed wood edges for a horse to chew on. All welded joints are treated after fabrication with a zinc-rich rust inhibiting paint.
