There was nothing wrong with the Navaho saddle pad. The color and quality was what was detailed on the page. We have used NRS Navaho's for many years because the durability is outstanding. I returned the pad not for any reason other than I received one for Christmas.. I recommend Navaho wool saddle pads because it protects the horses back in all kinds of riding whether pleasure or competition
