Very happy with purchase. Not only can you use it under a saddle, but it looks great under a Bareback Pad. I have a felt saddle pad underneath the new blanket.I switched out their girth for a different one that I own which has thicker fleece.

I like the Mayatex blankets more than others because they hold there shape. The colors are clear and not muted. A quality blanket at an affordable price.

I use it beneath my Wool felt pad and horse is comfortable to ride and rope in.

The blanket is heavy material and good quality!

I love this brand for horse blankets. Its strong, durable, and will last through the years. I really like the bold colors. It looks beautiful on my boy. I even bought a different one as a gift for a friend and he loved it. Highly recommend this product.

Great quality blankets - Durable and still look great after several years of use. Great quality, medium thickness so it doesn't fly around while riding but isn't too thick for summer. Colors are vibrant. Size is perfect for covering the saddle pad. LOVE these. Purchased on other horse sites for sub $60.

Update -- I loved this blanket so much, I bought a second one, just like it. The colors are gorgeous and look beautiful on my black mare. The quality is excellent and seems to be holding up quite well. I double up the 2 blankets and they're perfect padding underneath my saddle.Original review: Very stunning colors, nice design, excellent quality. I put another blanket underneath because this one isn't that thick, and it all fits together very nicely. I'd buy this again -- very happy with it! Looks wonderful on my mare.

Good quality and well delivered (in France). Used with a felt pad. I have a lot of positive comments, very nice on a black & white paint with blue eyes. I have not try to clean it yet.

Love the strong and vibrant colors of this blanket! As with anything, amount of use and care will in part dictate how this holds up, but straight off: the design is eye-catching, the blanket is beautifully woven and sturdy (nice weight), nice thickness, and it’s just the right size for proper coverage while still allowing the colors/design to be visibility.All around, this will look fantastic over my saddle pad liner and under any of my saddles and I’ll gladly buy another one as needdd. 😍

Nice blanket. Heavy & just right size. My horses are around 14-14.2. Weighing around 1000 lbs. Some blankets are too big but this one is just right. Pretty color too.
