Martin Saddlery Sideline Hobbles

I love everything Martin Saddlery, but a little more thought process needs to go into these. I bought these for a horse that has a ligament injury and needed stall rest. I wanted him to be able to get out of the stall some and not worry about the horse doing too much to prolong the injury. I like the buckle-less ankle pieces for quick on and off, but where the white rope connects to the leather pieces keeps coming off. Needs something a little more secure right there. The horse stepped on it one time and it pulled right out of the metal clasp. We were able to squeeze the claps back on, but again, horse stepped on it and it came right off again.
