The shoes are great and exactly as described, but the box they came in was covered in bird poo. Someone picked that box up and said, "Yep, looks good. Send it." Then they packaged it up to mail it. Customer service was quick to reply to my email and they sounded less than thrilled for me, but they've not been quick to do anything about it. For the price, I'd rather just buy at a bird-free store.
