So far these seem to do the job, but it’s early.

I have tried at least 5 different brands of fly boots and these are the absolute best! The material doesn’t break down like any of the others and the velcro is super strong. If you want fly boots that you can wear all summer long for several years these are it!

This is the third pair of fly boots I’ve bought for my mare this year. The others weren’t well made and didn’t quite fit correctly (but were a cheaper price). I finally decided to just pay the extra money and buy these. The adjustable fit is fantastic, even for our paint with small feet. I chose these over Shoo Fly because I like the color options.

I bought 3 sets total, 3 different colors, which are great. Went right down to put them on the horses when they arrived. I am pleased with 2 of the sets. The 3rd set, 3 of the boots were fine, one has a problem with the touch tape, Velcro, that runs down the length of the boot. Touch tape has two different sides, one side fuzzy, the other plastic hooks that grab & lock onto the fuzzy side. Well, the one boot has two plastic hook sides & cannot be used. So, my one horse is wearing 3 boots. The boots that are being worn are working out great.

I love the Fly Free boots. The double velcro at the bottom help keep them in place better than other boots I’ve tried. No more picking up fly gear out of the pasture!
