Rope change.
I have used then Classic XR4 since it came out I believe that was in the early 1990s. Always have liked them and still do. A friend of mine suggested trying a Fast Back so I have and I like the fast back ropes. I can’t say that I like the fast back hands down better, but I am a number 4 header on a good.

Best head rope ever!
I bought a Fast Back Centerfire at the NJHFR in Lebanon Tennessee. When I came back to CA I roped with it all summer. I really like the tip weight and diameter! It is also very durable and lasts a long time. It was ready out of the box and not stiff or hard to dally with.I am taking one to High School Rodeo and ACTRA ropings this year for sure!I really liked it's balance and feel great job Fast Back!
