NRS was great to deal with. No issues. On the other hand, Cinch really needs to step up their quality control on these jeans. At $100/pair, the defects are totally unacceptable! Defects consists of poorly stitched/reinforced back pockets at the top corners. The pair I just received from NRS were torn right out of the shipping package and pulling apart on the left back pocket at the top right corner. A previous pair ordered from Cavender’s online didn’t last me 3 months, then the same issue happened. Except both back pockets tore at both top corners on the back pockets. Cinch used to be a reasonably priced well constructed Jean. Now it is an over priced substandard jean. Also noted: these particular jeans are not used for work. So they were not stressed out or flexed in any way that would lead to tearing and ripping. I did not send them back as my size is not easy to find. 29x38. So I had them repaired. All I can say is somebody somewhere needs to address this problem.
