Silk lining detached
This review is more about the quality of Charlie 1 Horse. When the hat was received, the silk lining was detached and laying inside the hat. I fixed it and the wife loves the hat. I ordered a second hat (different style) directly from Charlie 1 Horse and this hat had the same issue. So no issue with NRS, just Charlie 1 Horse.
