Great product and customer service from NRS!
The Brannaman lead poppers were a requested gift for my husband. The lead popper was introduced to him by a cowboy friend out west who trains horses, and my husband has not used any other brand than the Brannaman lead since. The leads get passed on with horses, shared with friends, or misplaced, but they do not wear out. It is strong, but flexible, and he uses the popper ends as he works with the young ones especially.
Also, I had excellent customer service care when we had a delivery issue. The problem was with the delivery driver's carelessness, not the fault of NRS, but they handled it to my satisfaction.
