Great hat, not great packaging

Ordered this hat and it came in a mangled cardboard box with minimal packaging. The front of the brim was bent up and the front of the crown had a small dent in it. Thanks to my local tack and feed shop for reshaping it for free. Other than that, it’s a beautiful hat and was delivered very quickly!

Love the hat, but when I received it, it wasn’t shaped as I had ordered. I was sent a return shipping label which was great, and as always, shipping was really quick. Waiting for the shaped to be sent back. Have to say I was disappointed because I had wanted to wear it, hence the 4/5 stars.

It’s exactly what I needed!

I got a CHL shape, and it was perfect except the front of the brim was slightly angled up. It would pop in and out but wouldn’t stay down. I did have to fix that (just out of personal preference) when I got it, but besides that, I love it!
