Excellant Hat
Excellent quality and maintaned its shape while I took it through its paces at the ranch and festivities (Mexico)
was carried on a backpack and stored in airplain above head storage and still maintanined its shape and didnt bend.

Customer Service was 100 and was shipped promptly they went beyond expectations their carrier had already picked up that days packages and they ended up sending it that same day and arrived on time . Will recommend and will be shopping my next hat here again.
