customer service lacking

I am giving you three stars not because of the quality of the hat, but your lacking in filling my order correctly. Last year I ordered this same American Hat, with a Rancher Crease and shaped brim. It arrived with a open crown. After several phone calls you finally took the hat back and shaped it per my original order. This year I order the same exact hat, this past month. I explicitly went over the order "THREE TIMES" with your agent. Unbelievable when I got the hat it was again not shaped and had a open crown. After many phone calls and pictures of "PROOF" your agent authorized a return to get it shaped. I am told I should receive the hat once again this coming Tuesday august 24 with the correct crown and brim style. My fingers are crossed! Please see incident 318336, including many pictures.
