The open brim straw cowboy hat and the customer service that I received from NRS was amazing. It is a beautiful hat and the quality is outstanding. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong hat crease. I called NRS and they fixed it immediately. I bought it as a gift and they were so understanding. I shipped it back to them and they fixed it and had it back to me with in a 5 day time span. Which with the way shipping is during these times I thought was amazing. I would highly recommend this company and their products. Thank you for providing quality products and great customer service!
