I decided to give American Hats a try. The hat arrived in two days in a rancher crease. I was shocked at how easy it was to make minor adjustments to the shape to get it perfect. The hat looks outstanding and the band is really comfortable.

The over all quality of the hat is what you would expect from AHC. Crown was Rancher Style Factory Pre-Shaped. It was good. Brim on the other hand was not. Brim was not even close to being square to the crown. Possibly a practice Hat. Anyways definitely was not factory pre-shaped. It took some work to get it tolerable.
