Hat came unshaped even thkugh I specified in my order how I would like it shaped, and there are no hat shapers in my area. Very disappointed, would expect better service for the ourchade of a $1000 hat. However I spoke to Luis at NRS and he made it right with me. Theor customer servie is superb!
