I have ordered several hats from NRS. I have never had an issue with my orders; however, I did with my last order. The hat was delivered in a timely manner; however, it was not shaped the way I wanted, and it had black marks all over it. I emailed NRS with my complaint and to my surprise, they responded promptly.
Here is where NRS excelled .... Amanda (customer service rep) stayed with me the whole way to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. She kept me up to date with both emails and phone calls. I literally felt like I was their only customer. She was able to get several NRS employees involved with my order, all of which were dedicated to making sure that I was pleased. You do not see this type of service in many companies. Even though I requested a refund, I will never shop for hats with a different company. Customer service is at the top of their priority list, and it shows. Thank you, Amanda, for all that you have done. You alone have gained a lifetime customer.
