EASY RETURNS ONLINE & IN STORE
NRS accepts items returned for refund within 45 days of purchase with some exceptions. Items can be returned for an e-gift card within 90 days of purchase. Products returned after 45 days will be returned at the item's current retail price. All return items must be new and show no noticeable use or wear and must be in the original box including all parts, accessories, and packaging.
Products purchased in store and online can be exchanged in store only.

Special order, drop ships and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee. The following products are not returnable:
- Used Ropes
- Products with broken seals
- Products past their expiration date
All orders must include the Return Authorization Form which must be filled out on the Returns Form page.
Items purchased online cannot be exchanged online. Exchanges are allowed in store. Should you wish to return an item and order a new one in its place, NRS is pleased to assist with our discounted return label and prorated shipping on your new item. Should you choose to let us assist you with this, you can utilize one of the following options.
Option 1. Call us at 940-627-3949 to order a replacement item, and we will waive any standard shipping charges on qualifying orders. Then return your original item using our return label or your own postage by following the "Returns" instructions above.
Option 2. Order a replacement item online, then follow the return instructions above to return your original item by mail. Include your replacement order number with your return and we will refund any standard shipping charges paid on your qualifying replacement order.
We want you to be happy with the ropes you receive from NRS. When you receive your ropes, please inspect each one carefully. If you are not completely satisfied, please return, within 30 days of original order, any unused rope to NRS for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a used rope for return. Please call our customer service representatives for tips on keeping your ropes clean, straight and useful.
NEW AND USED SADDLE POLICY
It is important that your new saddle fits both you and your horse. When your saddle arrives, please inspect it carefully, saddle your horse with it using a clean pad, and make sure you are satisfied with the quality and fit. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please return the unused saddle for a refund. Please realize that a new saddle won't sit completely down on the horse's back until it has been ridden several times. Full credit will only be given on a saddle if there are no signs of wear, dirt or use. A re-stocking fee may be assessed on saddles not in new condition.
100% satisfaction is guaranteed on used saddles. If you are not satisfed with your used saddle, you may return it within 45 days for a full refund or within 90 days for an e-gift card credit. Used saddles must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased to get a full refund.
If you simply have changed your mind and wish to return a product, we would like to offer you the option of using our discounted return label. This discounted shipping fee is $10. If the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, wrong item sent, etc.) this fee may be refundable. If we have made a mistake on the order, call our customer service center at 940-627-3949.
Please go to the Returns Form to request a refund. Once the item(s) have been received, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. The refund, or eGift card credit will be issued based on the original purchase date and condition of item(s).
Restocking fees are sometimes necessary for returned items where there was no mistake on the original order, as we may incur freight charges back to a vendor or to cover our loss on custom or special ordered merchandise. These fees are also used to defray the expense of re-packaging, cleaning, or restoring an item to “as-new” condition. Restocking fees may apply to special orders, drop shipped orders, and custom merchandise. Depending on the item, these types of orders may not be returnable. If a restocking fee is applied to your return, it is calculated as 15% of the purchase price.
Processing fees are not applicable in most cases, however NRS does reserve the right to charge any additional fees in connection with your return should the need arise.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES
Immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.
If we sent you more than one catalog, please pass your extra copy along to a friend or send us the mailing label and we will correct future mailings.
