NRS Return Policy

At NRS, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure a hassle-free experience.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at 940-627-3949. If your order has already shipped, you will need to complete the return process as outlined below.


Easy Returns – Online & In-Store

We accept returns for refunds within 45 days of purchase, with some exceptions. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be new, unused, and show no signs of wear.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all parts, accessories, and documentation.
  • A Return Authorization Form is required for all returns. You can obtain this form, as well as a discounted return shipping label, on our Returns Form page.
  • Exchanges: Items purchased online cannot be exchanged online. However, you may exchange them in-store.

Certain items, such as special orders, drop-shipped items, and custom merchandise, may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Books & DVDs
  • Used ropes
  • Vaccines
  • Items with broken seals
  • Expired products

Exchange Policy

If you need a different item, we recommend the following options:

  1. Call Us: Contact us at 940-627-3949 to place an order for your replacement item. We will waive any standard shipping charges on qualifying replacement orders. Then, return the original item using our discounted return label or your own postage.
  2. Order Online: Purchase your replacement online and return the original item following the return instructions. Include the new order number with your return to receive a refund on any standard shipping fees paid on the replacement order.

Saddle Return Policy

New Saddles

To ensure the best fit for both you and your horse:

  • Inspect the saddle upon arrival.
  • Use a clean saddle pad for fitting.
  • If you are not satisfied, return the unused saddle for a refund.
  • A restocking fee may apply if the saddle shows signs of wear, dirt, or use.

Used Saddles

  • 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
  • Return within 45 days for a full refund.
  • Return within 90 days for an e-gift card credit.
  • The saddle must be returned in the same condition as purchased.

Shipping Fees

  • If you return an item because you changed your mind, we offer a discounted return label, which you can purchase during the returns process.
  • If the return is due to an NRS error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), return shipping may be refunded.
  • For order issues, call 940-627-3949 as soon as possible.

Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted through the Returns Form.
  • Once received, returns are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued based on the original purchase date and item condition.
  • Please allow 3-8 business days for your bank to process the refund to the payment method that was used for the purchase.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees may apply to certain returns, particularly for special orders, drop-shipped items, and custom merchandise. These fees help cover costs associated with return shipping, repackaging, and restoring items to new condition.

  • Restocking Fee: 15% of the purchase price.

Damages & Shortages

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items:

  • Report the issue immediately upon delivery by contacting us at 940-627-3949.
  • Retain all packing materials for inspection.

Product Pricing & Specifications

  • Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct any typographical, photographic, or descriptive errors.
  • Not all products are available in all locations due to legal restrictions.
  • We may limit product quantities for dealers.
  • Actual shipping charges may apply.
