Great Hat
The shipping process was fast, the online ordering was very easy and had lots of customization options. The only issue we had was when we received the hat the hat band did not sit flush with the brim of the hat. It sat about 1/4 inch above the brim, and it was tacked into place we took it to the shaper and he busted the tacks and steamed it to try to get it to sit flush but it was practically impossible. Other then that hat was great quality and came in very secure packaging

A good one!
It’s a confort fit hat, that one that stays all day long confortable and cool sun to sun. The leather band is made with great quality. Be aware it’s a long oval hat. I would like if they add this in the description.
