New Boots
To start with there was a problem with the initial order, one of the boots was marred. After a call to customer service and a few pictures they sent a label and returned the boots hassle free. I was grateful for their willingness to address the issue in a timely manner. Received the next pair within the week. I loved the style and the fit. I’ve never owned this brand in all of my many boots but I can see buying others in the future. Very pleased with the product and NRS customer service. I highly recommend both!!

Hardy roughout, super comfy boot
Highly recommend these R Watson boots. The shaft us extremely soft and easy to get a foot into. The rough out has already been put through a good amount of moderate ranching and is holding up well. The color is nice but not too flashy. Fits true to size and has a comfortable sole.
