To ensure you have selected the most appropriate sized glove for your hand, please measure your hand. You can do this by identifying the circumference of your palm using a pliable measuring tape. In US inches, you will measurements by measuring from the inside of your thumb to the outside of your pinky finger of your dominate hand. You will wrap the measure tape completely around your palm one time. The total length of measurement can then be converted to your most appropriate glove size using the conversion chart numbers below.   

Men's  Sizing: Small is 7in-8in, Medium is 8in-9in, Large is 9in-10in, XL is 10in-10.5in, and XXL is 10.5in-11in. 

Women’s Sizes:  Small 6in-7in, Medium 7in-8in, Large 8in-9in.
