Double C Customs is a family-owned business based in Texas, run by the father-son duo of Rob and Blake Chapman and their wives, Jennifer and Senha. Rob's journey began in 1993 when he worked for 8X Rodeo Company in Mesquite, Texas, and recognized the need for a whip to move stock from one pen to another. Despite his repeated attempts to find a well-balanced, durable, and reasonably priced whip, he was unsuccessful. This led him to start building his own whips, which he could not find in any store. Rob's high-quality nylon whips gained popularity quickly, and in 2019, his son Blake joined the business. Blake was fascinated with the craft and soon began adding his own twist to whip building. The company experienced rapid growth, prompting them to focus on producing more whips in 2020. They expanded their range of colors, handles, and upgrades while maintaining their commitment to quality and affordability for all customers, from novice whip enthusiasts to seasoned day hands who rely on durable tools.
