Recognizing that women's feet are not the same as men's.  These 8" black oiled loggers are made with waterproof leather and they feature the Chip-A-Tex waterproof membrane system.  This breathable system locks water out of the boot with its membrand shield but air passes through from the foot for maximum comfort.  Thinsulate Ultra is lightweight, breathable, and moisture-resistant.  Slightly thicker that regular Thinsulate Ultra provides greater warmth and comfort, yet is still thin enough to allow complete freedom of movement.
